Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service are intended to define the terms and conditions of use, the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and Users, and other necessary matters for the services provided by GlowMe AI ("Company").
Article 2 (Definitions)
• "Service" means the AI-based beauty analysis, virtual makeup, hairstyle recommendations, and other services provided by the Company.
• "User" means members and non-members who receive services provided by the Company according to these Terms.
• "Member" means a person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to the Company and can continuously use the services provided by the Company.
Article 3 (Service Provision)
The Company provides the following services:
• AI-based face analysis service
• Virtual makeup experience service
• Virtual hairstyle experience service
• Personalized beauty recommendation service
• Other services determined by the Company
Article 4 (Service Use)
• Services are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, unless there are special business or technical issues.
• The Company may temporarily suspend services after prior notice for service improvements.
• Users must comply with relevant laws and these Terms when using services.
Article 5 (Member Obligations)
Members shall not engage in the following activities:
• Using another person's information
• Unauthorized copying or distribution of information obtained through the Company's services
• Infringing on the Company's copyrights, third-party copyrights, or other rights
• Distributing content that violates public order and morals
• Other activities that violate relevant laws
Article 6 (Copyright)
• Copyrights and other intellectual property rights for works created by the Company belong to the Company.
• Users may not use information obtained through the Company's services for commercial purposes through reproduction, transmission, publication, distribution, broadcasting, or other means without prior consent from the Company.
Article 7 (Disclaimer)
• The Company is exempt from responsibility for service provision when services cannot be provided due to force majeure such as natural disasters or war.
• The Company is not responsible for service disruptions caused by the User's fault.
• AI analysis results are for reference only and do not replace medical advice.
